New Updates Released for SQL Server 2014 SP3 and SP2: CU3 and CU17 for Improved Stability and Security

Microsoft has released new updates for SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 3 Cumulative Update 3 (CU3) and Service Pack 2 Cumulative Update 17 (CU17). These updates contain important bug fixes and improvements to SQL Server 2014 SP3 and SP2, respectively.

SQL Server 2014 SP3 CU3 includes over 10 bug fixes, including fixes for issues related to performance, database backup and restore, and more. This update also includes important security updates and improvements.

SQL Server 2014 SP2 CU17 contains over 15 bug fixes, including fixes for issues related to Always On availability groups, Full-Text Search, and more. This update also includes improvements to the query optimizer and compatibility with the latest versions of Windows and .NET Framework.

As always, it is highly recommended that you test these updates in a non-production environment before deploying them to your production systems. You can download the updates from the Microsoft Download Center or install them using the SQL Server Update Manager.
