Modern Slavery Statement

Adopted July 2026 · Reviewed annually

DBA Services is an Australian professional services firm providing remote database administration to clients from our fully onshore team. We are committed to operating free from modern slavery in all its forms, including forced labour, child labour and human trafficking, in our business and in our supply chain.

Our Policy

Our Modern Slavery Policy (adopted July 2026) explicitly prohibits forced, bonded or indentured labour; child labour, including its worst forms; human trafficking; deceptive recruiting; the charging of recruitment fees to workers; the retention of workers' identity documents; and discrimination in hiring, employment or departure. It applies to everyone who works for us or acts on our behalf.

Our People

Our workforce is employed entirely within Australia under written employment contracts complying with the Fair Work Act 2009, with wages at or above legal requirements. Every team member's right to work is verified before commencement, everyone is free to resign in accordance with their contract with no financial penalty, and everyone has the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Our Supply Chain

Our suppliers are established technology and professional service providers. We assess each supplier's modern slavery risk before onboarding and at least annually, and we collect and review the modern slavery statements our principal suppliers publish. A supplier credibly implicated in modern slavery and unwilling to remediate will be replaced.

Reporting

Anyone may raise a modern slavery concern with our Managing Director at [email protected]. No one will suffer retaliation for a report made in good faith.

DBA Services is below the reporting threshold of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth); this disclosure and our policy are adopted voluntarily. A copy of our full Modern Slavery Policy is available to clients and partners on request. This statement is reviewed annually.
